Family Mediation

As a professional who has worked in Family Law for many years, I felt the pain and frustration of many families entangled in the traditional Court process. It is slow moving, expensive, and most importantly, impersonal. 

​

On the other hand, Family Mediation is often more time efficient and less expensive. 

As your Family Mediator, my job is to facilitate a process in which each party to the Mediation feels comfortable, respected,  and heard. By having a process such as this, it gives the parties the opportunity to speak openly to each other about their outstanding issues, and to explore a possible resolution of those issues. The parties are in complete control of any and all agreements in which they come to.
